Hi,

I'm new here.

I would like to ask if any of you could tell me where to find detailed information of the '69 F1 season. I know some sites, such as http://www.grandprix.com

But I'm looking for more detailed info, like race reports (More extense than the "Grand Prix" ones), articles & images.

Thanks in advance.

Jorge

All I can help out with is that I went to three races that summer !

Holland, at Zandvoort
Germany at the Ring (old one !)
France at Clermont Ferrand

I think Stewart won at Holland, but I can't remember the other two ! We were a bit into the sauce at that time, and the Beer is great over there.

I do reemmber at the Ring how there were no track side fences or barriers and I took a picture of my buddy as the cars went by and he was about 5 feet from the track !

Your best bet is to find one of the annual books that were published like 'Autocouse' Actually '69 was about the worse supported season in the history of the WDC.
