This one is driving me nuts. In the 1960s or 70s there was a US cartoon similar to Speed Racer, but for the life of me, I can't think of the name. HELP!

Only one I can think of was Tom Slick, which being a Jay Ward production (Rocky & Bullwinkle, George of the Jungle), was much more satirical.
