Now is your chance to make changes to you team for the races from Spain on. Checkhere and follow the links to your team to identify those elements that are not doing it for you.

When you have decided what you want to change visit the rules page to pick your replacements. Remember that you still have to keep your team under $54m and each element you change will cost you 50 points.

To make it easy on me please post with the details of the team name, the element to drop and the element to now be included.

For example

Team Go Fast
Drop Mer engine
replace with Hon engine.

I will try to let you know if the change results in the team going over budget but if you post your changes late this may not be possible.

Changes will be accepted up to Friday 7 May 12 Midnight GMT.

Damn I did not realise I was 1 point over budget for Team X1:(

Can I not handover my savings from Team X2 to Team X1? Or can I drop the third driver for Team X1 ... I am loosing more per race that Bruni is adding to my team?

There are some wholesale changes going on here. Each year I think "right this comp is now stable and under control" I then make a little change and it feels like it is out of control again. Looks like some more rule changes coming up for the 2005 season to get it under control again. : :wave:

That wouldn't be fair on the other teams in the comp. I disqualified 2 or 3 teams last year because they didn't have enough drivers in their original pick. If I let you have only 2 drivers I would have to come up with some sort of penalty to compensate.

As Bruni is the cheapest driver I guess that means you will have to change something else as well and given the make up of your team thats going to hurt. However this competition isn't supposed to be easy and that is why the Ferrari components and the top drivers are so expensive.

Thanks Garth_B - the questions were rather optimistic on my part.

I will just have to hope that Bruni (and Rubens for Ferrari) does a bit better ... and scores more points than I loose

i dont want to go over budget, but unless i cant count i think these are right

Its a chassis thing

arse heidfeld as my 3rd driver and give me massa instead.
+7 mil -6 mil... i should be 1 mil infront

Its a driver thing
arse da matta as #2 and give me massa (again).
arse toyota as the engine and give me Honda
arse jaguar as the chassis and give me renault
arse michelin as tyres and give me bridgestones

+10 mil + 6 mil +5 mil +4 = 25mil. -6 mil -7 mil -8 mil -3mil = +1 mil...ahead again

I dont know if this is allowed, but id like to register my entry. I know ive missed a third of the season, but so have JV and JV and they're rumoured to show up some day :kiss:
