"How Long Will It Take For KR To Blow Up His Engine" (USA)

Engine failure is counted to be clutch, fuelcontrol, transmission, gearbox - just to make competition more easier.
Crash or external damage is not counted as an engine blow up.
Competiton is for RACE ONLY, not for practise or qualification or even parade lap.
Update for season scoring:
Giving points is complex, because need to grant plenty of points to people who bet 'no blow up' and on the other hand for those who bet engine failure on specific lap should get points as well.
Now I edit my scoreboards from first 'engine game' and grant 30 points to right 'no blow up' and zero to others. When Kimi wrecks his engine - right guess (lap) will be granted 40 points and +/- 39 laps gets scores from 39 - 1. No points for 'no blow up' in this nor out of range bets.
Liked or not, PMs are welcomed about scoring system and if you have ideas to improve it - prepare to help me with Excel!;)

1. Kimi does not blow up = finish race = last lap + 1
2. Set the lap that the engine blows up (or if it does not then see point 1) and set all those scores to 0
3. Everyone else gets the score of how far their predicted lap was from the actual outcome
4. The winner is the poster with the least score.

if you want to pick up Alapans idea, we can duplicate my HLWITTLZ web site (http://www.eisenbach.com/hlwittlz) for your competition. The site has a guess admin system which allows you to enter the guesses and the press a button to calculate all the scores automatically. So it's less effort than Excel even. You would have access to the admin interface from anywhere with a web browser.
It also can fetch the guesses automatically from AtlasF1 if you get the players to state their guesses as a single number.
The site framework would work really well (I think) for your competition. If you want, we can try it with the past results so you get a feeling for it.
Let me know.
Cheers,
André
