Hello, you'll find pictures of Ferrari 312 B2, 312 B3, F1/88 taken at the Euro Racing Show (Luxembourg) here :

Concerning the 312 B3, driven by Lauda, it seems that this car was modified a lot during 1974/74 and I'm not certain about the type, maybe you can confirm and give infos about its technical history.

The B3 would appear to be the spec as it was for it's last race for the Scuderia in the two South American races which began the 1975 championship. The easiest visual reference is the Italian tricolori, which only appeared on the airboxes in Argentina and Brazil 1975.

I was in Luxemburg as well and noticed that this Ferrari 312 B3 is the chassis 012 73 which was seen during the different Shell Historic Races for the last years. As far as I know, it is Modena Motorsport who's taking care of it.
You can see its F1 race history at OldRacingCars.com .
Not sure if this is its original colours.

Do you know if that's the same B2 which Jacky used to own?

I just love the B2 - to my mind the best looking of the winged Ferraris!

Niki Lauda drove in one of the 1976 Monaco practice in a spare 312B3 instead of a 312T2 (source:Heinz PrĂ¼ller, Grand-Prix story 1976). I still wandering how does it look like because there was a change of regulations in april of that year (lower airbox ect.)

I don't know which chassis Jacky Ickx used to own but the one showed at Luxemburg is the 005 71 with which he won his last Championship GP in Germany 1972.
It is also the one he drove during the presentation of the Monaco Historic GP this year as well as last year during the Modena Motorsport Ferrari Track Days at Nurburgring.
It is for sure a beauty.

I have all of the Ferraris as 312-T2's at Monaco in 1976  ...
312-T2 026 Lauda race car
312-T2 027 Regazzoni race car
312-T2 025 Spare car used by both drivers.

I got it wrong Rob. It wasn't Heinz Pruller but Ulrich SchwaB 's "Grand-Prix '76" and Ferrari had a sparecar the 023 (312T). And that was during the Belgium Grand-Prix. sorry....

There are some pages in "2004 Technical Analysis" book about the 312 B3 and T, with nice drawings of course and comments of Forghieri himself.

Yep, Jacky owned 001 and 005 up to one time. Including many classic Ferraris from the fifties. He sold the old ones as servicing became an expensive habit. Wonder why he sold the pretty F1's.

He also owns or owned the 001 Porsche 956.

He sold the F1s for private reasons as well as the Matra 670 he received after the 1000 km of Spa 1974 and a 312PB. I know these reasons but as they are private, you'll understand that I won't talk about.

Jacky Ickx is not conservative and if you'll have a chance to visit him you will see that there is nothing in his house that recalls his racing driver carrer (beside some books well hidden behind Africa's books).
