Does anyone have a way other than email of contacting Ron Scoma?

I'm a little concerned about him, as he's not replied to my email and he's not posted since November 13th. Also he hasn't updated the 'Book news...' thread, which he initiated and was most enthusiastic about, since November 4th. Originally, Ron was expecting to update it fortnightly, if not more often...

WINO gave me a phone number which I've tried but only got the machine. (BTW please PM or email me numbers, as opposed to posting them.)

I'd be grateful of any news.

I sent him a list of New Zealand books published in 2004 and heard nothing back.

Ron called to say hello a day or two before Christmas. He's probably in France, buying books, chasing ladies, or racing his Maser around the streets of Paris.

Somehow I missed this thread. I was in a PM discussion with Ron on the subject of MGAs when I had a message from his nurse saying that he'd had a stroke but was stable. I tried to contact him several times without success. Is there anybody in his neck of the woods (Chicago) who could check him out?
