Original caption: 22nd May 1931: Sir Malcolm Campbell's racing car 'Bluebird' being given a helpful push as it leaves the Napier works on its way to Brooklands race track.
I can't find details of the event. Was it just demonstration run or official speed record attempt?

It was actually on the way to a demonstration run in celebration of having regained the Land Speed Record at Daytona: Campbell did a two-lap run round the Outer Circuit at the 1931 Whitsun Meeting.;) He also took part in several races at that meeting.Originally posted by David McKinney
