Hello all,

I am travelling to Tripoli, Libya on business at the weekend and will hopefully find some time to have a look around.

Could anyone tell me whether there is any trace of the old GP circuit left to see ?

To be honest I would probably need it to be overlaid onto a contempory map as my local contacts have no knowledge of it ever existing - they don't look back on the period of Italian rule very fondly...

If it's possible I'll take some photos and post them on here.

If it's well covered in SS Collins "Autodrome", my apologies it hasn't reached the top of my every growing list to buy.

Thank you very much indeed. I did search the archive but clearly not deeply enough !

If anyone could still overlay the old circuit on a modern map I would be most interested.
