After points took a tremendous plunge mid rally when Hirvonen, Atkinson and Gronholm dropped out of the top eight, the final stages saw the latter two return and the points rise a bit. It gave dnbn and D82 a joint victory with Makarias and myself sharing third. Congrats to Mak for his 20th career podium!
For dnbn that also means the lead in the championship with Moanaman following two behind and the rest of the field not far behind.
Awarding points for each guess gives the following expected result:
1. Loeb 110 (20.15%)
2. Gronholm 102 (18.68%)

The bots
We have 2 bots playing with us. LazyBot guesses the current championship standings, taking into account only those drivers who are entered into the rally. AverageBot guesses the average guess of all participants, as shown above.
Rules
The rules are fairly simple. All you have to do is predict the top 8 for the upcoming rally in the simple format of
your username/dvr1/dvr2/dvr3/dvr4/dvr5/dvr6/dvr7/dvr8
Scoring is done on a 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis.
10 points scored if your driver finishes in the position predicted, 8 points if your selection finishes 1 place away (i.e. 1st or 3rd when you said second), all the way down to 1 point if your selection finishes 7 places away. No points will be awarded if your selection finishes outside the points positions or if he retires from the rally.
A 20 point bonus will be awarded if you get them all correct, so you can in theory score 100 in each round.
Results will be posted at the end of each rally as soon as possible (can be an hour, can be 2 days, depending on whether I'm near a computer).
Entries must be in before the start of the first stage of the rally.
Spain
Post your entries below. The rally starts on Friday, March 24, 2006 at 06:45 local time (GMT+1).

Today's Ilta-Sanomat says Peugeot has sold cars which were meant for Toni to drive in this season (at least Catalunya, Corsica and Greece)
Cars were bought by French private team which rents cars to French drivers only. :
Manager team Promoracing and private team Astra behind Gardemeister are negotiating cars from Mitsubishi or Citroën.
