How do you research design teams?

are not in the habit of sharing the glory with staff. Is there a site that goes into detail on the Design Teams who actually penned various chassis for various manufacturers?
For example this gentleman was persuaded from Lola while he was in the process of interviewing with Dallara to head the team that would be doing the Maserati MC12. He was told they would suck his brain dry of his Lola knowledge, then chuck him aside, talk about a rough business, so he signed with Team Ganassi!

What an interesting site, Rob.
And only the very occasional "oddity"
e.g. Patrick Head: designer > Trojan (formula 5000), designer > Trojan (F1)

Very interesting Richie.
Didn't realise that Peter Connew had worked on the design for the "TS9, TS9A, TS9B" Surtees F1 cars...
