I've read in an old magazine a short article about a NASCAR race held at Riverside on November 1981.
Winner of the race was Bobby Allison, and second CARLOS REUTEMANN in a Buick.

I've never heard before Lole Reutemann had raced in NASCAR.
What team?
Why?
Who knows?

It could be a mistake. Someone got confused with the names of the drivers. At the NASCAR finale 1981 in Riverside not Reutemann but Joe Ruttman with a Buick (that part is correct!) finished second.
