Quick question, I'm terrible at math. What would the average speed need to be to run 225 laps in 1 hr 45 min on a one-mile oval. The CCWS race at Milwaukee was scheduled for 225 laps but only ran 197. Any ideals?

Calling the track 1 mile even, you'd have to average 128.572 mph to do it. If you go on Champ Car's track measurement of 1.032 miles, the speed goes to 132.686.
