Just a quick note about my current project, the book "Around the Raceway", which will cover the history of racing in Western Australia from 1969 to date (the Wanneroo Park / Barbagallo era), and which looks like being bigger than Ayers Rock.

I have added a draft (and I know it's incomplete) contents list to my website, and you will be struck by the astonishing number of categories/classes which have flourished (and in some cases withered) in Western Australia in the last 30-40 years.

"Street Cars", by the way, is a uniquely Western Australian class for licenced road cars on road tyres, intended to lure new drivers onto the circuit in saloon and sports cars, which it did quite successfully.
