Hello. Has anyone got any photos (aerial would be good if available) of the area of the Nurburgring now taken up by the Neuburgring, pre '82 (as close to that time as possible, really)? It's for a track (GP4 atm) project I am embarking upon.

ANY help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Colin.

Wouldnt the GPL or F1C layout accurate? Which period exactely? I am quite sure it changes few times (?) but am really not familiar with Nurburgring.

Colin, many of the programmes for the "Super-Sprint" races around 1980 carry a great aerial photo taken over the old Sudkehre showing all of the 2.29K "Start und Zielschleife". This short track was used for the DRM and Interserie races around this time. I can send you a scan if you e-mail me.

Already have that map, and I've made plenty of visits to that site. It's great. But thanks for the 'heads up'.
