Unknown photo at Yzer Museum in Diksmuide, Belgium

The photo is believed to be made in 1914 during the first days of the great war near the city of Antwerpen, in the North of Belgium, perhaps when on the escape to the Netherlands, a neutral country in this war.
What is the make, and what is the racinghistory of this car?

Well, yes, sort of. But if it's a Minerva then the exhaust's on the wrong side

(That doesn't exclude the possibility the negative's been reversed of course!)
