Was wondering if there are pictures of Bertil Roos in the UOP Shadow during the GP of Sweden 1974...

But there must be others. Roos only compleated a few laps in the GP. But he ran in practice as everybody else. DOHC has taken some very nice pictures from the 1974 Swedish GP. Maybe he did take one or two photos of Bertil and his very nice black car.

That helmet looks a bit "new"? I'm puzzled by that picture :

You're right. Ihad see a pic of him with a Blue and Yellow helmet. I search it.

Yes; his regular design was mid-to-light blue with yellow crowns IIRC.

I'm pretty sure I've seen pics somewhere of him in his regular helmet in the Shadow, but probably in practice. From a shot of the cars leaving the grid it seems evident that he was wearing a plain helmet in the race.

Look at the back of this group, i think the helmet is not white but blue and yellow

The first picture at the top of the page shows a white Bell marked up as an AGV, which I think was quite common, but the one I commented on, the lines of the helmet suggest a much later Bell like an AFX??

Talked to Bertil today. The white helmet was used because it was larger and fit the head rest better.
