The book I scanned it from says who it is, but I think it's wrong. One of the other photos in the book is clearly incorrectly labelled, so it's possible this one is too...

Ok, so I thought I'd tell you - The book says that's Gino Bianco. I'm not definite, or even certain, but I have a feeling it isn't.
