Can anyone tell me about a sports car hill climb (probably SCCA sponsored) in the Detroit, Michigan area in July of 1956. TTD was taken by Max Goldman in an Abarth 207A Boano spider. An entry list would be great.

Haven Hill Hillclimb, July 22, 1956, Highland Recreation Area, MI. Fast time of the day was 23.85 by Max Goldman in an Exhibition run in his 1956 Sebring Corvette. The two Fast times of the Day were by Jag 140MC, 25.10 by Bob Cubbins and 25.12 by the late Bob Clift, who was then with Pontiac and on his way to Chevrolet, SEDCO and, much later, Bricklin.
I'm not a good enough typist to list all the entries and don't have a scanner, but the information is on page 58 of the Sep/Oct 1956 issue of SCCA Sports Car.

Thanks. Does the article mention Max Goldman's Abarth 207A that was the ex-John Bentley car that raced at Sebring in 1955? Did Max have two cars at this event? Were there any entries for Dan Hosler or John Camden?

Max wins Class C in 25.19 in an Arbath; no model is shown and no previous ownership listing is given. The other two names do NOT appear in the report.
