Hello everybody, it might probably be a long shot but ....
I have been offered a car ( Austin 7) which supposedly took part in the 1979 Malaysia Vintage GP and is said to have won there. Furthermore the then owner, car and him being located in Singapore at that time, took part in hillclimbs and sprints in that part of the world.
Now, has anybody heared about that Malaysian event or does have info/results about events in that area, maybe even photos of a silver Austin 7 GE Brooklands replica ?
Any infos would be highly appreciated, thank you !

The latest Sing cars have number prefixed by...say SF,SP,SY but older ones tend to be just plain old S....and they look like the old UK non reflective plates (Great ) as befits an ex member of The British Commonwealth. It looks like it could be originally registered in Singapore. By the way, if anyone wants an old Morris Minor 1000, the place to go is Penang Island in Malaysia.;)
