That's a great photo of the Porsche next to the C and O canal. I wouldn't walk in that area at night now without several armed guards. In the '50s that area was awesome.
Sure sounds like owning a Porsche in the early was an "adventure".

Jack Pry was one of the largest Volkswagen dealers in the District of Columbia in the mid 1950's. Prior to that, he was a Crosley dealer in the late 1940's.
