...which brings me to this: Congratulations, pompom girls and cratefuls of the bubbly stuff (or fruit juice, if you prefer) to new F1 Pools champion snark! Excellent work, sir - you'll join the F1 Pools Hall of Fame alongside previous champions dnbn, dnbn and - surprise, surprise! - dnbn. Speaking of dnbn, he has yet another strong season and snatches a runner-up position to accompany his championships. Good work, only 2.26 points separated the top two. scheivlak continues where he left off last year and finishes third. Congratulations, guys!

If you want to make sure I haven't been cheating and/or rigging this thing like no tomorrow, I'll post the missing results from the second half of the season in a new thread shortly.

Thank you everyone who participated and put up with my sloppy scorekeeping. I really am sorry about that, I'll be better prepared next year. Have a nice off-season! See'ya!

Wow, cool. Definitely pompom girls and bubbly stuff - bring 'em on!

I was right down in the mid-field for the last few years, and was a big surprise to see me in the top few heading in to the last race. I just hope there's no problems with a last-minute FIA investigation about spying (err, with a recount that is :) ).

I'll echo what D82 said - lots of great fun to be had here. Thanks Kismet.

I am shocked! And not because I lost. I had no idea where I have been ranked in the last few months and didn't expect to be that close to the top.

Congratulations to snark!!

Well, let's put it this way: if it wasn't for the disaster that was Belgium, you'd be a quadruple champ now. Of course, others had dodgy races as well but Spa kinda stands out for you.

At least I didn't choke at the last race or two. :) Anyway, I am happy to give up on the championship in exchange for Kimi getting the more important one.

I actually feel sorry for shays

http://forums.autosp...&threadid=97626

Of course he was leading this before the last round

I hope he is alright because he hasn't posted the 8ug results yet - mind you I guess thats not high on his list of priorities at the moment.

Thanks for the game Kismet.

I am really surprised at how well I scored in that last round. I bit peeved that I missed the top 20 by 2 points though. My aim is to make the top 20 for all the games.

See you next year.
