It's not open cockpit, it does have four wheels (if you look closely enough) even though it looks more like a bike - and to tell the truth I don't know how it would go through a chicane.

But it does do 0 - 300 mph in 30 secs, with a top speed of 340mph. And it looks FUN.

Honestly, I bet that thing can't maneuver worth a damn. Looks like it's built strictly for straight line speed and acceleration.

Well you surely cant compare its drivability with any of the good modern cars, or sport cars or whatever you can compare it with. They cost around 1.5 million each which is also a lot

Even though Stoner dominated last season and the races weren't as exciting as in 2006, I still think it's more exciting to watch Moto GP nowadays.

I really don't understand why people build roofs over bikes and then those silly little wheels, which makes it look like a childs play. I bet it is going fast........... in a straight line.

And to answer you're question: Yes! But no to the resemblance when it comes to the thingy in the pic ;)

The manner in which the leaders are caught and battles are done reminds me of F1 over ten years ago. The only problem is no opportunity for blocking.

The duel that Rossi had at Barcelona the year before last I think was epic. Makes Dijon 79 look like a procession. And there have been many more like that too.
