Like the constructers championship in the real thing the Fantasy Manager crown has run right down to the wire. But before I reveal who has taken it out this year lets have a look at the China results. Another high scoring round with Tarzan Army taking the top step with the second highest score of year on 719. Second was Touring Milano with Splunge 3rd.

This has been the closest season in the 4 years I have been running Fantasy Manager. I don't think I have seen the lead swap in the last few races of the season before. OK enough of the preamble and you have probably already scrolled down to find out who the winner is anyway. Well it is not quite as simple as that as we have a dead heat for first between Wild Guess and Viiksi, who both scored 11258 points. Now you may remember that I asked the top 4 teams to PM me with their guess for the total number of laps completed by all drivers in China in the event of a tie. So I have to resort to the tiebreaker answer to give you the result. The correct total, according to me, is 996 laps. Team manager Apex submitted a very good guess of 977 laps. Team manager d_view7 failed to submit a guess so a guess of 0 is entered. Therefore I declare that Wild Guess is the Fantasy Manager Champion for 2005, congratulations. Now, on to the final placing and that goes to AnttiF1. Biggest movers were Tarzan Army climbing 6 places to to finish 11th, and The MK Team falling 6 places to finish 72nd. I managed to break into the top 50 in the end.
