Porsche's 1-2-3-4 at the Targa Florio in 1969 was a complete triumph. However, I need some guidance on the factory 908/2 which ran under race number 274. In Wimppfen's Time and Two Seats, he has a picture of the car which he identifies as the 4th place Willy Kauhsen/Karl von Wendt entry. However, in the results table he shows #274 as finishing 3rd with Rolf Stommelen/Hans Herman.
I think the table is correct. Does anyone feel differently?
Also, if it is Stommelen/Herman, which of these two used a beakless open-face helmet with a flush visor. The other had an open face helmet with a beak and the rectangular ski-type goggles that were favored at the time.

Porsche 908/02 #274 was the Stommelen/Hermann car. Here Stommelen waits for the start:

His helmet is also clearly visable.
