#10: lack of wings would indicate Monza. At a guess, without time to research the idea, could it be Graham in Jochen's car in practice in 1969?

No 4 is definately Trevor Taylor in the Surtees TS5 F5000.
No 5 and the McLaren on the left doesn't look like it is being driven by Brian Redman as the crash helmet looks wrong.
No 7 definately Two Lolas - F2/FAt/FSvee - probably the early T240 and T242 prototypes
No 8 is Colin Vandervell in the FAtlantic March

There were six M10 McLarens in the Australian Tasman rounds in 1971, and by a process of elimination this must be Keith Holland (who hadn't done the NZ races, which is why I didn't immediately recognise the car)

Looks a bit like him. If the Zeltweg 1959 ID is correct then presumably it's the Flugplatzrennen on Aug 23rd, where Pipes came second.Originally posted by Teapot
Is that Maurice Trintignant in picture no.1, centre with the white shirt?

And as the only front-engined single-seaters were Lotuses, that would make the car either Piper's 16 or Peter Monteverdi's 12.
