It's on the autosport.com front page. Under the 'Magazine' tab towards the top-right (admittedly not the biggest image ever).

It seems that way. Colour replacement/layer tool FTW 
Sad thing is when I first picked it out of my postbox, I was almost fooled, then I spotted the sponsors and pattern of panels on the overalls etc.
