I saw Neil Trundle giving this side car racer a spin at Dunsfold Aerodrome last week, the programme says it's a 1972 Honda, but, maybe it's the 1980 Marlboro paint job, some how the bike does not look quite that old, can any experts confirm the type and year ?

Morning Rupert & Phil, yes great photos, he has got it almost right, but as we have discussed before a couple of parts are probably original, the rest new/newer parts, does that make it a restoration or a replica? My pic is almost 40 years old!
Yep, a TR 750 in the Stan Woods livery (though the 3 Suzuki decals on the fairing look bigger on the original), run with the original pea shooter exhaust pipes at this meeting.

It might be a 1972 Honda engine......
Isn't there a radiator in the front of the 'sidecar' nose Glen ?

Looks to be Renn, I doubt it's a '72 Honda. Though remote oil coolers mounted there are quite common on the P4 machines.
Well, I suppose it's a water radiator which would rule out a Honda bike engine of the seventies

There were no long outfits in the UK until 1982, they were all initially powered by 2 strokes.
That is a late 80's bike I am sure.
Honda four outfits were last raced late 70's
