I do miss Mosley. At least he talked a lot. The FiA seemed more 'active' for that...

Tony Jardine. A great analyst IMO.

Most of the content of previous posts but mostly the variety and individual characteristics of the engines.

Berger, Hak, Alboreto, Alesi etc; the last of the guys who lived dangerously.

Couldn't agree more

Though I'd certainly like Mika to be back, OP specifically stated no drivers. :p

Yeah but they all had other jobs in motorsport. Alain was an ambassador; Mika was a manager and ambassador; Jaime was a commentator.

However, I don't miss them in those roles. :p

and yeah I meant M Walker.

Oh BTW, I disagree about V12 engines being/sounding better than V10's.

The V12 Ferrari sounds like it comes from heaven.
The V10 BMW sounds like its from hell.

Sorry to be a moan but if you're not going to even READ what I asked then don't bother to reply, I distinctly said and in CAPS, no drivers! :p

Colin Chapman, Ron Tauranac, Ken Tyrrell, Lord Hesketh and his team. And for instance, some Italian "Grande Casino" exponents, like Alfa Romeo, Osella, the "real" Minardi, Forti, Lambo Modena Team, Carlo Chiti's Motori "Moderni", Danielle Audetto and my all-time favorite,Ingegnere Mauro Forghieri at Ferrari...

Im tempted to write a driver just to get a reaction, but I'll go with Jordan (the team and I guess Eddie by association)

Probably going to cop it, but I miss James Allen as the pit reporter during races. For all his faults, I think he understands race strategy and the paddock much more than Kravitz every has/will, and Allen often had some useful insight. Kravitz has never pointed out anything to me that I didn't already know (if the information was available), and blatantly makes stuff up, like so and so looking worried on the pitwall to try and justify his position and push an "entertaining" narrative.

Full screen commercial breaks from ITV. The anticipation during the ads. The surprise, the shock, the horror when we got back to see a drastic changes had taken place ;) Much more bearable than the tyre handicap system of today.

From recent times, Robert Kubica and Renault F1.

If we go a bit further into the past, the list is huge!

I will probably get slammed for this, but I'll miss Jake Humphrey in 2013. I really liked his style of presenting and (from the recent clips so far) Suzi Perry has to improve much more.

HRT.
No doubt whatsoever.
Trundling around at the blunt end, tripping up the big boys, struggling to beat the 107%. Real triers.
Don't want to focus on those green and yellow things but might have to.

I am not. :|

I also want to add that I miss Renault as a constructor. It's cool supplying Lotus and Red Bull, but I really want a French constructor to cheer for.

Stewart F1 team
Dave Richards
Honda

I'm going to miss Haug
The idiot, Flavio, miss him too
