Does the Ganassi team have any kind of web sight where they give info on driver changes, etc. ?

As much as I hate to ask does their Grand-Am team have a Twitter account?

Thanks.

Go Juan....race clean and win this thing.

Ah well, missed the start by 3 minutes, guess I can stil enjoy 23 hours and 56 minutes of racing. Good to have racing back on the northern hemisphere. Just a stone throw until the F1 tests.

Problems for the defending champs. Broken tie-rod on the #60 with AJ at the wheel.

Quieter than a Ganassi BoP appeal.

So both Mazda6's are out with cylinder issues. The issue was the engines have cylinders.
Wankels.

After 200 laps, Ganassi has led 150 so far, the #01 accounting for 136 of them.
Safe to say the sandbags are now in the back of the garage.

I'm still not thrilled with the Daytona Prototypes, but they do look a lot better than they did in the past (and that's not saying much).

This is the first time in a long long while I've heard american commentators talking about Montoya for a long time, entirely positive!

That was pretty good- unfortunately that's the closest Varsha will get to F1 this year...

I like Hinch- great guy for Indycar.

Wankels.

All three with cylinder issues? Yea, those wankels should've used rotaries.

What was with that penalty for the #01? Ran over their pit equipment?

Seen from aside they are actually not bad all anymore but seen from front the are still somewhat weird.
But I agree, compared with the first generation their looks have improved massively.
Bow with smaller turbocharged engines being allowed as well instead of atmo big blocks only....

Ergh. Too many cautions in this race, for seemingly trivial recoveries.

How can people (MSR) make laps back if there is only 20mins of green at a time?

At least the cautions don't allow the 01 to just run away with it.

Ah, what a wonderful sunrise.

I think it was their own equipment- an air hose.
Been some questionable penalties.

Ok 4 hour nap, I'm back in it!! And there's fog...

Just under 3:30h left.

Ambrose in the #60 now (currently P3), will be pulling a double stint, with AJ to finish.

Talk of Montoya doing the final stint too. Should be exciting.

Is looking good for the finish . 6 cars on the lead lap.
Pruett will hand the 01 to Montoya for the finish.

Does anyone think AJ can do it in the #60? They've been insanely quick all race and would like to see Shank win again, they're a great outfit.

I really hope so. Although I think they'll have to rely on a Montoya moment, or attrition, to beat Ganassi.

Juan not taking tires. Hmm.

I really thought it was gonna be a Ganassi walkover, but Shank have done such a great job to come back from so many laps down that they have to go for the win no matter what now.

'Dinger is the perfect guy to have in the car for the last stint, a real balls-out guy and proved it last year with some incredible stints.

It's interesting that the 01 Ganassi car's fastest lap is 8 tenths better than anything the 60 Shank car has mustered... the 60 must've just been insanely consistent rather than having the outright speed.

Ganassi deserves it. They have not had the pace to win in the last couple of years and now they do so is about time they win the Rolex 24 again.

Reminder: the #60 was at one point in 47th place.

Aaaand the #01 just walks away. Rediculous pace advantage.

Barbosa was dicey at the start and then hung AJ out to dry unfairly... there was no attempt to give him space...
