Here we go with the final livery voting - thanks again to everybody who participated I sincerely hope your eyes and brain can handle the assault of 85 (!) liveries


As a tribute to the number and quality of the entries, I've decided to slightly change the voting:

Please pick your three favourites (none of your own entries) and rank them - the first place will get 3 points/ second 2 points/ third 1 point.

(If you can't be bothered to pick more than one, your single vote will simply count three points)

I'm fully aware that it is a tall order, but there has to be a limit somewhere, and to be completely frank with you: I'll be the one who'll have to count the votes and tally all the points, and the more votes you include the more time consuming it gets. I thought a podium would be the best compromise here.

It comes as a shock to me that so many people on a European F1 forum never watched a late 70s/early 80s TV show from the deep south of America. We may need to change this.

My votes are:

1. #42 - Absolutely love it... it looks like it came from one of Alpine's own designers, and a much better take on the classic colours than the Signatech LMP2 car.

2. #17 - Nice combination of colours and it's a 'Williams', would like to see that one on track.

3. #27 - Superb livery, well thought out, technically good and it just looks like something that the mad genius that is Elon Musk (I swear that guy is from the future, what kind of name is Elon Musk?) would sanction for his all-electric F1 effort.

Also, kudos to EVERYONE who created a car... it was great fun popping onto the thread over the last month or so to see what someone had come up with next!
