Who will be the next new race winner?

I want to say Hulkenberg but the smart money is on Bottas or Verstappen.

Given the performance of the teams at the moment, probably Bottas. In fact, had Williams been slightly more with it, and things been a little different, he may have won at Silverstone.

Kvyat on a Red Bull-Merc next year.

My guess is Kvyat as well, as long as Red Bull has a Mercedes engine.

Williams are just too stupid with race tactics and always find ways to mess it up, so Bottas isn't going to win anytime soon.

Bottas and Kvyat are the only ones with a realistic but small chance of becoming a F1 winner this or next year.

Edit: Whomever are the new drivers of Ferrari and McLaren may also have a chance of achieving it next year.

I don't think Williams can sustain their performance in the future and I doubt they will be able to win a race this year either. They had their best shot at winning last year but they weren't able to do it. I don't think Bottas will get picked up by Ferrari next year either. 

Kvyat. Somehow, I just don't think that either Williams or Bottas have it in them, and even if Bottas goes to Ferrari it'll be Vettel doing the winning. Red Bull, by contrast, know how to win Grands Prix and Kvyat is improving all the time. So, tentatively, I'm voting for him.

I'm still not sure if people are generally under or overrating Bottas. He does show some flashes of real pace and brilliance. But the overall numbers versus Massa certainly don't look that strong. Its really hard to say. I think he'd be a bit more competitive than Raikkonen this year which on his day would put him with Vettel. I doubt he'd consistently beat him over a season though.

It's possible that I'm underrating him - really, he isn't that experienced so he's got plenty of time to improve. I don't think he'll ever be a WDC but he could mature into a driver like Nico Rosberg and take a few wins. I think he's a few seasons away from that, though, and I expect Kvyat will get there first.

He hasn't been in contention for podiums for any race this season. But he will most likely be signed to Red Bull in the future or another top team so I am sure he will win a race eventually, just perhaps not soon enough to be the next winner.

Pretty much exactly this. Kvyat has been far closer to Ricciardo recently and if Red Bull are near the front next year then I can seem him grabbing a win or two. Bottas is going to be another Heikki IMO. A steady driver who has flashes of pace but nothing to suggest he can win titles or even races regularly. He might get lucky like his countryman did back in Hungary 2008 but that's it. I\d be happy to see him prove me wrong though, F1 needs new winners all the time.
