I am looking for a 1948 Mille Miglia participant's medal. Can anyone help?

Hi Vince. Thanks for that. No, it is the medal that each driver who completed the Mille Miglia was given. I have been in touch with Morry at the Collector Studio, but he doesn't have one for 1948. This is the 1949 one he has - the artwork on the medals was different each year:
