Hi All,

I am off to the OZ GP in a few weeks and need advice as to what to get. I have the option of hospitality on turns 12 and 13, or grandstand Brabham between 1 and 2. Grandstand will only be Sunday, whereas Hospitality in the Park is Sat and Sun.

Ideas?

Thanks,

I'd imagine T12 would be quite spectacular especially if you can see T11 from that point.  :smoking:

Glad you said that!! I have already booked T12 - 13! So excited!!!

Just moved to NZ from UK last week, and taking this time to experience a new GP, (been to Silverstone 4 times before, as well as Hockenheim and Spa).

Unfortunately, I'm a McLaren fan!! :(

It seems strange to see a 4 hour flight as being nearby, but after the 25 hour flight here last week it seems like a stroll in the park!!

Would love to see any other fellow auto sport guys at Melbourne! I will be by myself as my Fiancé isn't into motorsport and will be shopping in Melbourne at the time!!

Thanks,

Paul.

You have my heartfelt condolences... :p

Maybe you could convince yourself the Mercs are actually Mclarens? After all, Merc's 2017 cars look more like Mclarens than the Mclarens do....

I'm still jealous that you're going to the race! It's been on my bucket list for years, but I've never yet been organised enough or saved enough $ to feel able to splash out on a trip like that...

wander down to turn 6. looks on descript on tv but live is ridiculous the speed they (uesd) to carry through there.

many of melbournes other corners rel innocuous. agree last 2 turns onto the main straight. can really see which car driver package working and also the 1st rightleft for the same. often a lot of action in testing with cars missing braking.

turn 1 and turn 2 , together and first corner of the year , also usually plenty of crashes :)
