After 40 predictions the wisdom of the crowds prediction is as follows. The number beside is the average ranking they've been given in this thread.
1. Mercedes (1.475)
2. Ferrari (2.3)
3. Red Bull (2.625)
4. McLaren (4.325)
5. Renault (5.325)
6. Force India (5.425)
7. Williams (7.175)
8. Haas (8.45)
9. Sauber (8.55)
10. Toro Rosso (9.35)

Surprised so many have little confidence in Haas. Their car looks like a replica to Ferrari’s 2017 car and they have a strong and reliable engine. I would rate them well above Toro Rosso and Sauber. And with the Williams pairing, even that team isn’t out of reach.

I am surprised that Toro Rosso is at the bottom of that list. I'm less surprised that McLaren are at number four, but I suspect that they will be beaten by Force India and possibly Renault too.

Williams being eighth will not depend so much on their car's inferiority as their truly remarkable driver line-up.

Good fun You just can't help yourself....is that the engineering mind working?
It seems ok, but I would expect Haas and Willims to trade places and maybe Renault and Mclaren as well.

If I read this thread properly, nobody predicted Haas higher than 7th (6th?)... yet, they finished in 5th. At least one person did note that folks seemed to be underrating Haas.

Well neither did anyone predict that Haas would get a free position after Force India would only have their scores from 9 races count.

McLaren and Williams got overrated, Haas underrated. The rest pretty much ended up where they were predicted once you filled the three teams people got wrong into "right" positions.

Could and should had been 4th had it have better drivers.
Plenty of teams could have been one place higher with better drivers, though.
Haas drivers were known as predictions were made. Both were very much themselves. KMag bumping to others cars too much and Grosjean with his brain fades.
