There are two Formula Renault Eurocup races in Monaco this weekend.

Victor Martins is on pole in race 1 (Saturday at 10:15 CEST).
Alexander Smolyar is on pole in race 2 (Sunday at 12:00 CEST).

The races will probably not be live streamed on youtube.com/renaultsport

I don't think this morning's qualifying session was broadcast, but here are some shots from Sainte Dévote:



22 cars are entered but I would be surprised if Deledda is allowed to start in car 71. His qualifying time was 110.781% of Victor Martins's and his best time in practice was 109.386% of P1 – again Victor Martins.

And by the way, it's not too late for Fernando Alonso to win a race in the month of May. There are three FA Racing by Drivex cars in the field, so he might even win a triple.

And I have a question, Why was there no replay of the reason of the SC to find out who fault it was? Hopefully a youtuber was there to give us more news on that

Thanks, I couldn't remember those bits. I really think that more of these should be placed around the track, the look hard enough to be able to damage the front wings a little and might make the drivers try a little harder to stay on track when in a fight for the apex for example.

I was impressed with Florsch's racecraft last weekend. She started 14th in each of the 3 races because of a mechanical failure in qualifying. In the races she finished 6th/6th/5th, including a double overtake in race 1 and 2. She's more experienced than her competitors in the series, but for my money she is the most impressive female driver in junior series racing.

did anyone miss race 2? I wonder why there was a red flag when it was the last lap and there is normally no cool down lap in Spa? And as there was a replay I think drivers are OK after the last lap rollover (which this time the cameras caught unlike in France)

Race 2!



The red flag was an odd one unless something else happened on the last lap. The track was probably blocked at Les Combes, but there is that outside lane onto which cars can be directed in order to bypass the chicane. And like you said, they usually don't even do a cool-down lap at Spa...

By the way, I wonder what the stewards had to say about Malvestiti and the way he let the car roll back into the middle of the track.

Race 1 is about to start at a very wet Hungaroring. Championship leader Piastri and Hugo de Wilde have already spun off or crashed and retired on their way to the grid...

Piastri is a very lucky man; conditions were so bad that the race was red-flagged after 12 minutes behind the safety car, and it will not be resumed.

Race 1 at Barcelona is only 10 minutes away with the top 3 in the championship lining up on the top 3 positions on the grid.

Again, I don't understand why drivers can overtake a car by cutting the track, keep the position, and get away with a 5 second post-race time penalty or whatever it will be for Caldwell this time. It was so blatant that he should have been given a drive-through penalty at the end of the lap.

The provisional classification doesn't mention any sort of penalty for Caldwell at all. Incredibile.
