I’m WOW at this news...
8 hrs of Indianapolis?!!!!?

(Hope they use part of the oval)

I can't see them managing to leave the entire oval out......

But I doubt if they will use a full corner (Turn one???) of the oval at full speed, shades of F1 2005 and Michelin tires.....   :)

Local yellows with marshals at high-speed sections at a wet Spa... Oh, I'm sure all 240 drivers know what they are doing in the spray.

Still spray off line, slicks would be a gamble right now. I'd wait at least 15 minutes.

I'd love to see a championship showdown between Sting Ray Robb and Bertrand Baguette.

The best part of the 1996 IRL Indy 500 is that the name Slick Racin Gardner made it to the history books  :p

Is this pit exit onto the Kemmel Straight something just for the GT races, or is this something they're going to use for F1 as well? That's a bloody long pit exit.

The camera angle at the chicane should be carried over to the GP

Is there still FCY for the BMW crash at the end of the Kemmel Straight? It has been FCY for one hour now...?

I think the barrier is damaged and that it's the reason why this is taking so long.

I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't get the safety car started. ;)

No, you're right. I jumped back in the onboard feed at it looked like lengthy barrier repairs.

I hadn't heard of the leading driver, Dennis Lind, so I looked him up - it turns out he's Kevin Magnussen's cousin (and hence Jan's nephew)!

Its just for the Spa 24 race (and any other endurance races at Spa).

WEC and F1 use the normal shorter pitlane.

#43 is not a fast car. They can improve by not making the mistakes other teams are.

Aleshin in the lead but on slicks in the wet!

Why are they taking such a big risk?
