The races at the Nurburgring were nice, especially the first one, but those at the Glen were fabulous ^_^

Surprised that there were no comments about the races in Hungary, they were very dramatic.

Yoyoyo; if you feel race ready and hungry there's a GT race now running at Kyalami from the same ambiguous global championship as the Bathurst 12 Hours.
8 and a half hours remaining; top teams, top drivers - great fun.

All things said, those were the most gorgeous night time rain race shots I've ever seen. Misty dark track, what an aesthetic.

They've lost the temps (tires and track). The cars are aquaplaning.

This round also really seals the INTGTC as an actual championship. With five quality events (especially now that Laguna will be replaced by Indy next year), it feels like a series with some progression rather than just a collection of races. Ratel have said they're not looking to get an event in South America, but something like '1000 miles of Interlagos' would fit in quite nicely in the March-June window to fill the calendar gap.

I think the event was a proper success. It was #1 trending top spot for sporting on Youtube before the deluge dropped.

Pleasantly surprised about the track! Gave me some old-skool vibes, with grass and gravel in the runoffs, instead of just painted tarmac. Nice flow too.

As long as they get David Addison and John Watson in the box for the Suzaka and USA race's i will watch them. I found the Japan race commentary awful so stopped watching tried to re-watch it and gave up poor team and the race at Laguna seca bored me too tears after 15 mins commentary was ok, but could of been better and more interesting. Hopefully the race at Indy is more entertaining was good racing today on a good track.

Ohs**t; what a damn typo. Yeah, was dead tired and somehow equated Bamber to Tandy. Had a timeslip back to Le Mans 2015 I guess. Hahahahaa

I was at the track yesterday, so good to see the return of international high level endurance racing to Kyalami.
I had a great day. I was aware of the former Blancpain series but did not follow it. I'm now a flat-out fan of the GT Challenge series - the cars are fabulous and sound great, there was always some hammer and tong dicing going on. What's not to like?
Looking forward to 2020.
