It's probably fair to say that the bones of Racing Car News magazine is locked away in what is now Chevron Publishing Group/Next Media in Sydney. in 1993 RCN was relaunched as Motor Racing Australia, then nearly 10 years ago that title was merged into MotorSport News - a fortnightly Aussie publication (not the UK one) that had been taken over by Chevron. That too is defunct.
The current Chevron title 'Australian Muscle Car' relies heavily on old RCN info to cover their subjects. But I very much expect that there would be little commercial viabilty for them to do like what the UK's Motor Sport magazine did in the early 2000's and produce a CD of their back catalogue.
No harm in asking I guess via https://www.chevron.com.au/
Of course much of the bigger Australian races or series can be gleaned from those that have done the hard yards privately and put them on the web over the years.. There's the Sargent site for Tasman stuff, oldracingcars site and maybe via the wayback machine David Shaw's Gold Star site can still be found.
Given the Bathurst centric nature of Australian motor sport there might even be sites dedicated with details for it or via the supercars websites. But most of that is out of my care factor - certainly the supercars.
