Great F3 race and a richly deserved win. WTCR was not as cool and neither was GT, despite the efforts of Earl Bamber.

I watched the replay and it's amazing how clueless the commentators seem (I think this is a recurring problem for Macau). It seems that the driver list on the left side of the screen is updated more frequently than the live timing that the commentators are using. They couldn't identify Shwartzman and Habsburg a long time after they had dropped down the order, and Armstrong tended to have already moved one place further than the commentators thought he was at.

I kinda like the commentators. One of them is particularly passionate. I checked the 2017 ending coverage and I loved his excitement.

Let's see if Verschoor will be the next victim of the Macau curse
He also survived the Red Bull touch of career death.

Jonathan Green and Alan Hyde are both knowledgeable enthusiasts, and come across as likeable guys - but! The first requirement of a commentator is to identify the drivers correctly, and they couldn't. Cars swept past on screen while we had, in effect, a radio commentary which didn't connect with what we were watching.
The second requirement is to be able to talk sense for most of the time, without long pauses. Green is one of several TV commentators who feels a compulsion to utter words, any words, to avoid a moment of silence. Team David Addison with Alan Hyde, please; they've made a great duo at the circuits many times.
