Even if briefly, it’s nice to ser F1 take over twittter on multiple trends and dethrone the NFL. Goes to show what a mad race it was.

I give it a 10 for the outright fun and madness.

Deserves a 10 specially taking into account how boring are some races in F1 currently.

I'm giving it a 9 because the ending was nuts in the way that Indycar street courses were back when they did restarts double-file.

I'm reserving a 10 for races that actually make sense.

Best driver: Max
Worst driver: Hard to chose, lot of them made big mistakes,or small but costly.Vettel
Best team:Red Bull,good calls,almost 1-2-(3 if we count the B team)
Worst team:Mercedes very bad calls, slow pit stop(compared to RB)
Best overtake:Max on Hamitlon + Albon on Vettel at the same time.
Worst overtake:Ham on Albon, racing incident for me they both judged it wrong.Ricciardo was bad too.Edit: wtf i forgot ofcourse the Vettel 1 was great...
Best moment:Gassly hanging on to the 2. place till finish line.I don't like him,but oh man that was something,i agree with his radio message.

Worst moment: Albon losing the podium.
DRS + tyres + other: DRS too much.Tyres were good, imagine without SC....we had very good strategy games on the table.

And the race in a sentence:What happened, when can i get more?

I guess I'll be the sauerkraut. It became interesting at the end, but the drama just isn't there when nothing is at stake.

For me a 10 is when you get a cherry on top with a pass for the lead in the last lap.

Which given that this was the only thing this insane race lacked, it's a solid 9.4

8/10. I would of given it 9/10, but I do feel the first SC was not needed, and was used to create drama. Which it did probably way more than expected too.

Best driver - Gasly. Honestly, part of me genuinely thinks he should be reinstated at Red Bull for 2020 and I was thinking this before this result. He’s found his mojo and he’s kicked Kvyat’s ass since he came into STR. The RB15 just didn’t suit him did it? He’s way, way better than that as he’s proving.
worst driver - Vettel, Ricciardo and Hamilton jointly for dumb moves, and Kubica for being really, really slow as usual.
best team - Red Bull, easily

worst team - Renault were pretty useless on a day when teams below them did very well.
best overtake - Max on Hamilton after SC restart.
worst overtake - Hamilton on Albon.
best moment - restarts.
worst moment - Ferrari crashes.

Best driver: Verstappen
Worst driver: Vettel
Best team: Redbull
Worst team: Williams
Best overtake: Verstappen on Hamilton
Worst overtake: Lewis on Albon
Best moment: Honda outdragging a Mercedes on the final straight. Glock approves
Worst moment: SC for a stranded Bottas. Yes it breeded a fun race after that, but at the moment the car was in a semi-safe sport where usually no other cars enter.
DRS + tyres + other: Very funny to have Hamilton and Vettel talking about respect and clean racing when talking about Verstappen last time while both messed it up this race by hitting others.

Best driver - Verstappen, totally dominated this weekend and was faultless. Honorable mention to Gasly.

worst driver - Vettel.

best team - Red Bull, by a margin.

worst team - Williams, who else.
best overtake - Max on Hamilton, Albon in Vettel.
worst overtake - Hamilton on Albon, Ricciardo on Magnussen.

best moment - Gasly staying ahead of Hamilton.
worst moment - Williams pit release.

Rated it an 8.

Best driver: Verstappen. He was brilliant today.
Worst driver: Vettel, with Bottas close second.
Best team: Red Bull.
Worst team: Mercedes. It seems if they don't have the best race car they cannot get their strategy right.
Best overtake: Verstappen on Hamilton. It was clinical.
Worst overtake: Vettel on Leclerc, Ricciardo on Magnusen, Hamilton on Albon (in this order).
Best moment: Every time Hamilton and Verstappen were close to each other.
Worst moment: Vettel taking both Ferraris out of the race.
DRS + tyres + other: Tires were weird. I think with better tires we would see much closer fight between Hamilton and Verstappen.

And the race in a sentence: Brazil never disappoints.

Best driver: Verstappen. No one was going to win this but him. And Gasly of course.
Worst driver: Bottas, because the lack of balls on new tiers.
Best team: Red Bull.
Worst team: Mercedes. They did a Ferrari.
Best overtake: Verstappen on Hamilton. First one.
Worst overtake: Ricciardo on Magnussen, Hamilton on Albon (in this order).
Best moment: Gasly and Ham going to the line and the Ferraris colliding
Worst moment: Albons podium disappearing.
DRS + tyres + other: Lot of different strats. It was ok.

Best driver: Max
Worst driver: Nobody stood out
Best team: Red Bull
Worst team: Ferrari...
Best overtake: Max on Lewis- a pass for the lead
Worst overtake: DR on Magnussen. Lewis on Albon never got to the stage of being even a half-hearted overtake.
Best moment: The Gasly/ Hamilton drag race to the line (that Merc needs more oomph.. nobody ever thought that would be the case a couple of years back!)
Worst moment: The first phoney SC after Bottas did a good job of parking up. At worst a VSC. Looked and felt like a NASCAR 'debris' caution
DRS + tyres + other: DRS very powerful, tyres ok

And a mixed podium- 5/6 front runners dropped out. A good lesson to those who look back at years in the past and exclaim how much more competitive they had been. Well no, not really, it's that there was a thing called unreliability which allowed for more mixed podium. Up to 3rd 4th or 5th would still be regularly lapped, and the true back markers would be 4 or 5 laps down at the end.

Best driver: Max Verstappen was superb today. Gasly was excellent too.
Worst driver: Vettel o Vettel....
Best team: Red Bull, kudos to Alfa too.
Worst team: Williams for that ultra stupid pit moment
Best overtake: Verstappen on Leclerc (crucial) and Hamilton immediately after that. The synchronized moves of Max and Albon at the restart was a thing of beauty as well.
Worst overtake: Vettel on Leclerc
Best moment: Max' passes, and the Gasly and Hamilton sprint to the line
Worst moment: Hamilton hitting Albon, unlucky for both
DRS + tyres + other: tyres intriguing - Bottas coming in on hards after, what, 14 laps?

And the race in one sentence: Honda! Honda!!1!!1!

8,5/10

Best driver: Verstappen. Controlled the race and made the moves he had to.
Worst driver: I don't think anyone was truly bad, but for now I'll share it between Hamilton and Vettel, as both made avoidable contacts taking others out.
Best team: Red Bull. Both drivers on top form, strategy played perfectly and it wasn't their fault they didn't get a 1-2.
Worst team: Williams for the unsafe release.
Best overtake: Albon at the last restart.
Worst overtake: Hamilton on Albon or Ricciardo on Magnussen.
Best moment: The drag race to the line between Gasly and Hamilton, even though it was ultimately meaningless.
Worst moment: Albon losing second.
DRS + tyres + other: DRS was possibly a bit overpowered, but it's hard to gauge as a lot of passes were from much faster cars on slower ones anyway. Tyres were just about perfect, allowing all sorts of different strategies and without ridiculous wear or failures.

And the race in a sentence: A superb mix of both the strategic, hard fought battle between different teams, ending with some crazy on track action. Not perfect, but one that I think will be well remembered.

Best driver: Gasly/Sainz
Worst driver: Vettel/Kubica
Best team: Alfa Romeo (they finally got their strategies right and 4th 5th is like a win for them).
Worst team: Haas, KMag was screwed through no fault of their own but they left Romain out during SC and cost him a decent points haul in the process imo.
Best overtake: Has to be Verstappens second overtake on Lewis.
Worst overtake: Vettel on Leclerc.
Best moment: Verstappen deservedly getting the win here after he was robbed of it last year.
Worst moment: Lewis taking out Albon and taking away his podium, felt so bad for him.
DRS + tyres + other: Who knows with the DRS? Apparently 6 drivers used it under double yellows but no one seems to know if it was all driver errors or something else!

And the race in a sentence: Livened up by the Safety Cars.

Best driver: Verstappen
Best overtake: Leclerc on Vettel
Worst moment: The TV director deciding to show a replay just as Hamilton was attacking Gasly for P2 on the last lap, a replay of something that we had already seen

8/10 (but it was only a 6 until the first SC)

What a great race, I scored it a 10! Lots of action, lots of overtaking, lots of drama and some mid pack runners on the podium. Good thing that F1 didn't end after 16 or 17 races.

Nice to see Gasly get 2nd and Sainz, after starting last, being awarded 3rd.

Oh yeah, this race started a little after 9.00am on the left coast of the US and I had an engagement 60 or so miles south at that time so I would miss the race, but "no problemo" for me I VDR'ed the race, like I normally do, and watched it once we had returned home, no muss, no fuss. :)

The first sc seemed unnecessary and was only deployed to spice up the show, but it worked at least.

Best driver: Sainz (20th to podium in a McLaren with a Renault engine), Verstappen
Worst driver: the incidents I felt were the result of drivers racing ... so no one stood out
Best team: Ferrari for letting them race
Worst team:  Ferrari for letting them race
Best overtake: Hamilton on Verstappen, Verstappen on Hamilton, the best for me was Albon on Vettel
Worst overtake: Hamilton on Albon (door was open wide enough for a clean pass)
Best moment: early race battles, late race battles
Worst moment: Albon getting door-ed by Lewis

Best driver: Verstappen, outstanding all weekend.
Worst driver: Vettel for doing another kamikaze move...on his team-mate!
Best team: Red Bull, should have had a 1-2 today!
Worst team: Ferrari for taking each other out, Mercedes a close 2nd after Bottas engine blew up and Hamilton's clumsy move on Albon
Best overtake: so many! any of the moves between Hamilton and Verstappen really, both were really up for it today.
Worst overtake: Hamilton on Albon
Best moment: Ferrari's taking each other out, Gasly getting a podium
Worst moment: Hamilton crashing with Albon.
DRS + tyres + other: DRS was good, tyres were very good as I prefer 2 stop races to 1 stop ones

9/10 race, amazing viewing throughout imo, just annoyed about the Hamilton-Albon clash as it ruined both their races and I wanted to see both on the podium!

Worst driver: Vettel, taking out yourself and teammate (again)
Best team: RedBull for right call and lightning fast pitstops
Worst team: Williams, for nearly ruining the race with that unsafe release
Best overtake: Verstappen first overtake on Hamilton, because of the wow factor. Honorable mention the RedBull double.
Worst overtake: Ricciardo's mistake, dishonorable mention to Hamilton on Albon and the Ferrari's
Best moment: Verstappen retaking the lead. Honorable mention to the close race between Gasly and Hamilton.
Worst moment: The Williams unsafe release.
DRS + tyres + other: no complaints here

Best driver: Verstappen. He bossed the weekend.
Worst driver: Vettel? No real stand outs.
Best team: Red Bull
Worst team: Williams, for almost destroying the race leader's race in pitlane.
Best overtake: Albon around the oustide of Vettel
Worst overtake: Hamilton on Albon
Best moment: The double around-the-outside overtake of Verstappen and Albon.
Worst moment: None.
DRS + tyres + other: Perfect for once.

And the race in a sentence: What. A. Race! Overtakes, engine blow ups, close qualifying, new podium visitors.

9/10. Would be a 10/10 if the FIA gave Lewis the 5s earlier so we could have had Sainz up there.

9.5, not a 10 due to the FIA's incompetence and slightly questionable driving standards. But it was clearly the best race of the season.

The only reason I did not vote a 10 was that the first part of the race was not very exiting. It was a race that made me very happy, it had everything and because the drivers made the difference. Red Bull would not have won without Verstappen (but perhaps with Ricciardo), Mercedes would not have threaten to win without Hamilton. Lewis his in-lap and outlap, Verstappens overtakes... it was really head-to-head and a fair fight between them.

Best driver: Max

Worst driver: LeClerc (chop on Norris was wáy over the limit) and Vettel (this looked SO much like Turkey back then)

Best team: Red Bull/McLaren. The team from Woking have REALLY pulled themselves up from their bootstraps.

Worst team: Ferrari. With Lewis or Verstappen, they would have been world champions last year and would have threatened this year. It is like Maranello never changes, it keeps being a snakepit that nobody can tame. And both Leclerc and Vettel can not lead the team in the right direction, it seems.

Best overtake: Max on Lewis

Worst overtake: Vettel on LeClerc

Best moment: Ghasly second place and the fact that he proved Olav Mol was proved right: he DOES scream a lot when he is happy with a result.

Worst moment: Sainz not on podium

DRS + tyres + other: NC

I don't normally post in these, but that's the second time I've rated a race a 10 this year (the other being Germany). Watching the Hamilton/Gasly drag race clinched it and makes me feel it should be mandatory to place the finish line for all tracks at the end of a slipstreaming zone.

Best moment was obviously when VTEC KICKED IN YO

Best driver: Between Max, Gasly and Sainz, I think I'll give it to Gasly. We say how close the midfield is, but he was on a class of his own. Never got pressured for that 6th/7th spot all race long, and, when it counted, he was there to pick up the pieces. Also, this was overlooked, but how the hell did he manage to create a 2 second gap in the last 2 laps vs a Mclaren?
Worst driver: Hülkenberg, Kubica, Vettel, Bottas. The first 2 were just too slow, the 3rd one, a kamikaze. Really hope Vettel picks himself up, I can see that he still has the speed, he's just not there mentally at the moment, Bottas because he's lacking balls at the moment.
Best team: Red Bull, Alfa. Incredible strategies by both of these teams.
Worst team: Mercedes for doing a Ferrari, Ferrari, and Haas for letting Grosjean out.
Best overtake:Verstappen on Hamilton, Albon on Vettel.
Worst overtake: Danny Ric on K-Mag, Hamilton on Albon, Vettel on Leclerc.
Best moment: Gasly. All of his race. His radio message to top it off.
Worst moment: Sainz not being on the podium. Danny Ric still not knowing the limits of that Renault. Stroll retiring because of a debris.
DRS + tyres + other:Tyres were decent. I like it when there are multiple viable strategies in the race, and, even if not for the SC, this looked to be one of those races. Still don't know why they called the SC after the Bottas engine failure, but it made an incredible race afterwards, so, that can go through.

And the race in a sentence: As I said, brilliant race, just not Germany 2019 levels (not a shame though, Germany was one of the best races of this decade)

Best driver: Max
Worst driver: Vettel
Best team: Red Bull
Worst team: Williams
Best overtake: Albon on Vettel (there was not as much a tyre difference as Max vs Lewis at the same moment)
Worst overtake: Vettel vs Leclerc
Best moment: Gasly holding off Lewis
Worst moment: Lewis hitting Albon
DRS + tyres + other: no opinion

And the race in a sentence: It doesn't come much better than this, more please 10/10
