This report says that Ken Kavanagh died on 26th November in Bergamo, Italy where he lived at the age of 96.

I saw Ken drive a 250F Maserati in the 1958 Silverstone International Trophy Race and briefly at the Easter Goodwood the following year.

R.I P Mr Kavanagh.
