Unable to Access Subscriber Content

I've been suffering from this intermittently but mostly with the app up until now. I get told I need to create an account to access more than three articles but I'm a paid up subscriber (since Atlas days!) and am shown as being signed in. I can't access the My Account page as I end up in a loop of trying to sign in.

The app has been like this for months, on and off, so I've resorted to using a browser but now that won't work either.

Suggestions?

Is this only a problem with the app? Do you have any problems when logging on on the website (desktop or mobile version)?

Website and app. Just resolved it today by signing out and signing in again but on the app it's the sort of thing that keeps happening

Same thing happened to me. Being shown as logged in, but still unable to access.

 

Solved by logging in again through the link in the pop-up telling me I was out of articles.

 

An annoyance.

I have subscribed to Autosport for close to half a century, but never to the website or Autosport Plus or whatever digital, and never will. However, at some stage last winter when the publisher realized the trouble it got itself in by letting people understand that the print version was left to die it was announced that all print subscribers would also be able to access the digital magazine etc. by using as a password the sub code which appears on the envelope the magazine comes in. Of course I tried that, several times over many months, but never got further than receiving a message saying "this password has already been used"! Totally absurd!

Since then - and considering that the print mag often takes two to three weeks to arrive (if it arrives at all) - I've simply downloaded the digital version from various pirate suppliers... So there you go.

Our situations are similar with regard a print sub. The print sub gives automatic entry to Autosport+. I only used the password that showed on the envelope once, my first time logging in. Once logged in you have to supply an email and henceforth it is the email address which you provided along with your chosen password, which gives you access. The fact that you're getting the message that the envelope password is in use suggests that maybe 14 years ago when you first joined, you supplied the email address which you must now use.

Looks as though you have at one stage been signed in. Any possibility that you may have changed either email or password over the years? I get a lot of emails from Autosport, it sounds as though you have had some so your email is logged into the system. More likely a password problem. There is no doubt that you should have full access, you're also missing out on things like Forix. I doubt you'll get any satisfaction via this thread, it doesn't appear to be monitored any longer since Grayson moved on.
