Automobile Quarterly article by Joe Freeman about "Newman Stutz"

I somewhat urgently need to read this article by Joe Freeman about the "Newman Stutz" and its special engine, believed to have been built by the Wisconsin Motor Co. I believe the article appeared in Automobile Quarterly, and a long time ago - sadly, I cannot be more specific!

I have a complete collection of the first 20 years of AQ and a very comprehensive index of those years. I couldn’t find any reference In the index to Joe Freeman, the Newman Stutz, nor anything relevant under Stutz.  My collection after Volume 20 is reasonable but not complete; I couldn’t find anything there.  I know this doesn’t help Michael but it may help somebody else searching for the article.
