Can any of our rally buffs (or indeed anyone with a full set of Pirelli World Rallying volumes) assist please?

I am trying to establish the drivers of the #00 Course Car for the Monte Carlo Rally between 1980 and 2000. So far, all I have been able to confirm are:

1983 - Philippe & Francine Camandona (Ford Escort RS2000)

1990 - Jean Alesi/Jean Maries Balestre (Citroen DS21)

1993 - Jean Ragnotti/Gilles Thimonier (Renault Clio 16S)

1994 - Jacky Ickx (Renault Clio Williams)

1997 - Jean Ragnotti/Gilles Thimonier (Renault Megane Maxi)

1999 - Jean Ragnotti/Gilles Thimonier and Jose Carlos Macedo/Miguel Borges (both Renault Megane Maxi)

Any blanks filled in would be much appreciated!

Ragnotti of course gained more exposure than he did by winning the 81 Monte for Renault by driving one into the back of an F1 car on the Monaco circuit during a "demonstration run".

The Monte in earlier years was notorious for not running a course car at all and thus sending competitors out onto dubiously passable roads.
