I would like to announce that Bira on behalf of Atlas F1 has donated an Atlas F1 T shirt to the overall winner of this years Guess the Grid competition. But first, lets have a look at how Japan went. Scoring on the whole was, I have to say, pretty average. However that did not stop Roadrunner from equalling the seasons high score of 22 to take out this rounds top spot. A great final burst to make it into the top 10 for the year. The next best score was 5 points back on 17 and went to Sergino, mini mum and Czesc. While this top score has been achieved 5 times this year, the winning margin is the greatest we have seen all season.
We had 5 newbies this round to bring the season total to 434. The best newbie this time was Marios with 12 points. Biggest mover was XPG who climbed 114 places to 304th. The average grid scored 16 points which would have placed it 15th equal along with 5 others. The average score was a little over 12 and the total of all the round averages was 212 which is good enough for 14th. I wish I could have managed to be average

O.K. So this is the bit you have all been waiting for. The announcement of the 2001 Guess the Grid Champion. In 1999 the winner was Merlin who managed a respectable 38th place this year. In 2000 the winner was CrushedDreams who pulled out of this years competition when Atlas F1 went to the subscription model.
