I have a signed article...the person selling it says it's Parnelli Jones...it doesn't even look close to that name. The name, to me look like a PAUL either R,K or F..ahal or possibly akal making the last name Rahal, Rakal, Kakal, Fahal...you get the idea. Maybe it's the guy' brother. Any help by anybody that would know of any such race driver. I don't even know what kind of driver...thanks

Bobby Rahal - made a bit of an impression back in the early seventies driving a Formula Atlantic in the New Zealand replacement series for their half of what was the Tasman Cup series.
Went on to drive a few other, more powerful cars, bought a team, currently operates same. I believe he won a thing or two, maybe a CART Championship?

I can almost weed out that it's not Bobby Rahal...wish it was. THe first name is Paul at best guess. What driver's with Paul as a first name? The first day cover is from Canada, so maybe that would narrow the field.

Paul England's not regional?
It's now 42 years since he drove in the German GP!
Consider him regional... to Lakeland and Silverdale.
