Gentleman, I believe this is the Peach Bowl Speedway in 1949. It was located northwest of Georgia Tech Football Stadium (Grant Field) shown with red arrow. Peach Bowl Speedway under the "49" indicated by yellow arrow.

1972 (believe track closed in 1971). Looks like a figure "8" track had been added.



Terry, this was approximately at corner of Brady Avenue and Howell Mill.

I attended races there and remember it well. The site became a MARTA (Atlanta Transit) facility.
