Wondering if anyone can help. I'm involved with putting together a stand for May's Beaulieu MotorMart Autojumble. This being the 60th anniversary of the Morris Minor, they're trying to get hold of as many Moggies as possible, and I was hoping that someone here might know the whereabouts of the ex-Nick Mann V8-powered version used for hillclimbing in the late 80s, early 90s.

If anyone's got any info, that would be great!

If anyone will know, the superbly-inventive Beardmore Brothers will: http://www.beardmorebros.co.uk/

If you don't find a direct contact from anyone here, note that I've emailed the brothers before and got a response (several actually, very helpful they are).

Justin (excuse the slightly OT links, but I think the space-frame Moggie is so ingenious, more people should see it!)

Is the James Funnell spec saloon Minor from the late 70s/early 80s still around?

The last time I saw the Nick Mann Moggie V8 was at Barbon. The bloke who owned it then was using it for drag racing - mainly Santa Pod. After his day at Barbon he said he was going to confine his activities to the drag strip!
