This one off Bandini was produced in 1946, body by Rocco Motto.
Could Jaguar have copied its shape for the XK 120?

Stu, I think it is generally accepted that the BMW 328s built to run in the 1940 Mille Miglia were the strongest influence-but generally sports car styling was heading in that direction.
