So after some research... The race starts at 1am EDT
Most, if not all bars close at 2am...If you can delay your viewing, ESPN has multiple replays on Sunday.
Check your local listings.

That's a rather old post so are these still valid?
Will be in Stockholm next weekend. Might go and see F1 in some pub, even better if they show the IndyCar race too.

No idea I’ve never been and don’t plan to.
But my unqualified opinion says anywhere near the track should have it on like a hotel or public area.
